Welcome to MytutorMVP! We are a private company offering personalized one-on-one tutoring services for K-12 students in English, Math, Science (focus on Biology), Canadian Curriculum, and RCM level 1-5 Piano, either in person or online.
Every student’s learning journey is unique, we believe that customized one-on-one tutoring is the key to unlock their potential and set them up for success. Our name comes after great experiences of tutoring Math, Volleyball, and Piano (MVP). Our goal is not only to assist our students to become the best they can be academically, but also are inspired by music and sport and gain confidence to excel in their extracurricular and social life. The MyTutorMVP wants our students to become the Most Valuable Players in both academic and social life.
About
Education and experiences:
– Bachelor of Science degree major in Biology with Distinction with a top Canadian university,
– attended 3rd year post graduate professional school,
– 5+ years of tutoring experience,
- experience with ESL and special needs students, including students with Autism, and ADHD,
– provincial volleyball player,
– RCM Level 8 Piano certified.
What to expect from our services:

K-9 Science curriculum, Grade 10-12 Biology curriculum, homework help, concept review and exam preparation.

Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) Level 1 -5, keyboard music and music theory, keyboard skills, and playing techniques.

Let me tell you another aspect of Cindy as a volleyball coach. She is a very friendly and patient coach, tutored boys and girls aged 11-13, she always presented with a beautiful smile and a soft tone. The weekly volleyball class was a fun time for those teenagers. They all enjoyed it. They all felt that 8 times were not enough. At the end of the class, Cindy prepared a gift for each player including a card full of encouragement. My son Daniel still plays with the bouncing ball Cindy gave him once in a while, thank you Cindy, you are a wonderful coach!

We like Teacher Cindy! My granddaughter Erika has been learning piano with Cindy for nearly a year now and she likes Cindy very much.
